Use Landscape Mode for Better Videos

If you're working on a tablet or mobile device, switch to landscape orientation before you start recording. Your slides are designed in a widescreen format, so landscape mode gives you more screen space and makes your final video look much more polished.

Reorder Your Slides Anytime

Changed your mind about the flow of your presentation? No problem. You can drag and drop slides to rearrange them at any point — even after you've started recording. This is great for when you realize a different order tells a better story.

Record in Short Clips

Instead of trying to narrate your entire presentation in one go, break it up into shorter clips. Record a few slides at a time, review, and move on. This makes it much easier to re-record a section if you stumble without losing all your progress.

Let AI Generate Your Subtitles

Head to the Edit screen after recording and use the AI-powered subtitle feature. It automatically transcribes your narration and adds subtitles to your video. You can customize the font, size, color, and placement to match your style.

Subtitles make your presentations more accessible and are especially helpful when viewers are watching without sound.

Add Audio Waveform Animations

Want to add a visual flair? Enable the audio waveform animation from the Edit screen. It adds a dynamic visual element that responds to your narration in real-time, making your video more engaging and giving viewers a visual cue that audio is playing.

Use a Quiet Space for Recording

This one sounds obvious, but it makes a big difference. Find a quiet spot before you hit record. Background noise can be distracting for viewers, and a clean audio track makes your presentation feel much more professional.

Preview Before You Share

Always play through your final presentation at least once before sharing. Check for:

  • Slide transitions that feel too fast or too slow
  • Audio levels — make sure your voice is clear throughout
  • Subtitle accuracy — fix any words the AI might have gotten wrong
  • The overall flow of your story

Take Advantage of Viewer Analytics

After you share your presentation, keep an eye on the viewer analytics. You can see how many people watched, how much of the video they completed, and where they might have dropped off. Use these insights to improve your next presentation!
